Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026 · Effective: 31 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Q-Star Drama (the "Service", at drama.q-star.co.uk), operated by QSTAR AI LTD, 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google. There are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. When you first sign in we ask for your date of birth to confirm this. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law or help anyone else do so;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- upload images, video or voice of a real person unless you have that person's permission to use them in this way;
- create sexual or intimate content depicting a real person without their consent, or content that impersonates a real person or is meant to deceive people into thinking it is real. Creating or requesting such content may be a criminal offence;
- create any sexual or otherwise inappropriate content involving, or appearing to involve, anyone under 18, or content that exploits or harms children in any way;
- harass, threaten or defame others, or create hateful or violent extremist content;
- abuse the Service, including circumventing rate limits or security measures, automated mass sign-ups, probing or overloading our systems, or accessing other users' data.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we must keep it by law. You confirm you have the rights needed for anything you upload.
4. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to generate images and video. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others, and it is not reviewed by us before you see it. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking that your use does not infringe others' rights. We provide outputs without any warranty.
If you publish or share AI-generated content outside the Service, you are responsible for labelling it as AI-generated where the law that applies to you requires it, and for not presenting it as real footage of real people or events.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is currently an early international release; features may be incomplete, may change, or may be removed, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Paid features
The Service does not currently charge for use. If we introduce credits or paid features, their prices and terms will be presented separately before you buy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We reserve the right to suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and give notice of significant changes on the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
